Nepal Visuals is based in the quiet Lazimpat neighbourhood of Kathmandu, a short walk from the embassies and the Garden of Dreams. Our office is where we plan every route, review permits, and meet trekkers before they leave for the mountains. If you are already in Nepal, you are welcome to drop by and talk through your itinerary in person. We recommend booking an appointment so one of our trekking managers can give you their full attention.
How to reach us
From Thamel, the office is about 10 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes on foot. Most international flights arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport; from there, a pre-paid taxi takes roughly 30 minutes to Lazimpat depending on traffic. What to expect when you enquire
When you send an enquiry, we do not just send a price list. We ask about your dates, fitness level, preferred pace, and whether you want a private departure or a group trek. We then match you to a route from our guided treks and day tours, or build a custom itinerary across Nepal’s regions such as the Annapurna, Everest, and Langtang areas.
